We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t right, our teams are here to help.

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original jewelry and packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with an explanation. 

You can make a return for a full refund within 30 days. by:

• MHAH in Los Angeles (if available). Coordinate a time by sending us a message in the contact section.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
• All original items (jewelry) and packaging must be intact.
• Final sale, limited edition releases, and promotional items may not be eligible for return.

• Please include the gift when returning the item.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

• We stand behind the quality of our suppliers. If a product develops a manufacturing defect within 40 days of delivery, contact us to request a replacement or store credit.
• This does not include damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or misuse. 

• Certain Limited Edition and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
